TYDE had an exciting weekend at the GCY Sprint and Distance Meet at the GAC!! We had a lot of fast swims and are excited for more fast racing this long course season!! Thank you to .makos for a great meet weekend!!

Yesterday Coach Beth and Coach Charlotte spent the morning with the Peace Haven Dolphins for a summer league clinic! Swimmers spent time developing their skills and technique on Breaststroke and Butterfly!! Thank you to for having us!! We had a great a great morning with everyone!!

Yesterday our TYDE Coaches worked with the Brookwood Barracudas yesterday for a summer league clinic! Swimmers worked on Breaststroke, Front Starts, Breaststroke Pullouts, and Back Starts!! Thank you to the Brookwood Barracudas for having us!! We had a great time with everyone!

Coach Laura and Coach Neisser visited the Glenridge Gators yesterday afternoon for a summer league clinic!! Swimmers worked on Breaststroke, Butterfly, and Underwaters!! We had so much fun with the Gators and enjoyed working with their swimmers and coaches!! Thank you to the Glenridge Gators for having us!!

Our TYDE Coaches worked with the Town & Country Typhoons yesterday for a summer league clinic! Swimmers worked on Breaststroke, Backstroke, Breaststroke Pullouts, and Back Starts!! Thank you to the Town & Country Typhoons for having us!! We had a great time with everyone!

The past weekend our TYDE Coaches spent time with the Sheerwood Sharks hosting a summer league clinic! Swimmers worked on Breaststroke, Butterfly, Breaststroke Pullouts, and underwaters!! Thank you to the Sherwood Sharks for having us!! We had a great time with everyone!

Last week Coach Alan and Coach Charlotte spent the morning with the Shallowford Sea Lions!! Swimmers working on Breaststroke, Starts, and Turns!! We had so much fun with the Sea Lions and enjoyed the swimmers channeling their inner Sea Lion!! Thank you for having us!!

We had an exciting three day meet at the STAR Andrew E Hartle Invitational at the Greensboro Aquatic Center! We enjoyed spending time with our teammates and racing fast! We’re ready for the GCY Sprint & Distance Meet next weekend! Let’s Go TYDE!!

Our TYDE Coaches spent time with this week hosting a summer league clinic! Swimmers were “fins up” as they worked on their starts, turns, and underwaters!! Thank you Brookberry Farms Fins for having us!! We had a great time with everyone!

Our first two weeks of our Summer Swim Teams have been a blast!! Our six teams have been building their FUNdamentals with their teammates and our coaches. We’re excited for a fun summer swim with our Jerry Long Jellyfish, Kernersville Killer Whales, Statesville Seahawks, Stokes Stingrays, Wilkes Whale Sharks, and William G. White Wahoos!!
