Junior raced hard to the finish line holding nothing back to earn a new PR and indoor school record in the 1600m with a time of 5:27.72! Congratulations Miranda!

Senior Owen Arnette had another breakout meet at Liberty with a massive PR in the long jump placing 4th out of over 90 jumpers with a long jump of 21ft-5in! Congratulations Owen!

Shoutouts to our new school record holders!! Junior Eli Salvant snatched the 55m dash indoor record with a time of 6.82 sec! Senior Banks Downing took down his own shot put record from last year with a throw of 42ft 2 in!!! Senior Owen Arnette started his jump season strong taking down the indoor long jump record with a mark of 20’ft even. Congratulations Eli, Banks, and Owen!

Dash for Doobie was a success!! Awesome times tonight by all of our top guys to kick off the indoor season! Shoutout to senior leading his teammates and setting a new indoor school record in the 3200m with a time of 9:16.92! He placed 9th out of over 300 athletes! Congratulations to all of our Coastal boys on their races today!

Senior finished out his regular cross country season as the NCISAA 3A state champion!!! Congratulations Corban!!

Cross Country season is off to a great start! Coastal opened their first 5k of the year at Long Leaf Park yesterday with strong finishes from both the girls and guys teams! Join us next week as they will race in town at the Annual Beach Blast event next Saturday! Go Centurions!!

Senior Miles Herrmann has announced he will continue his running career at Campbell University! Congratulations Miles!

Junior Corban Cazier finished strong in the Boys 1 Mile National Elite Division! Running 4:24.94, he takes the win at Adidas Indoor Nationals and claims a new school record! Congratulations Corban!

Outdoor track season is underway and its time to mark your calendars!!! Tomorrow is our season opener and we are ready to kick off another year of competition!

The boys placed 1st and Girls placed 2nd in Division 2/3 for a strong finish at the NC Runners Independent Schools Indoor Championships!!!! Congratulations to both teams!
