Type3 Outdoors

Type 3 adventures are in a category on the "Fun Scale" that describes activities that are not fun while you're doing them, and often aren't fun afterwards. These activities can involve risk and suffering, and you might feel like your life is in danger. For example, you might get lost, it might get dark or cold, or you might need to be rescued. When you're done, you might swear you'll never do something similar again, but the experience can make for a great story.
