We had a great time at the Winston-Salem Dash game on Saturday. Thanks to everyone that came out! Looking forward to the next one already! ⚾️🔥
It's not always about how fast you can run; it's about how fast you can stop safely.
The most dangerous non-contact movements in sports are stopping, changing directions, and landing. That's why we focus on drilling these mechanics with all of our athletes.
Karlie’s progress in just one month has been awesome to see 👏
During her initial jump assessment, we noticed her knees caving inward right before takeoff. This movement pattern that can limit power production and increase the risk of future knee injuries. After just one month of consistent strength training, her jump mechanics are already looking much stronger, more stable, and more efficient.
Better movement leads to better performance and healthier athletes. Excited to see where she’ll be in another month! 💪🏐

📊 Results driven by data.
Our new Evaluation Reports and Progress Reports show exactly where your athlete stands compared to national averages and track their growth across key performance metrics like strength, power, speed, and endurance.
The goal isn’t just to work hard. It’s to know that the work is paying off.
Clear benchmarks. Measurable progress. Better results.
One of our favorite ways to build explosive rotational power for softball is through med ball throws. They teach athletes to create force from the ground up, transfer energy through the hips and core, and finish with intent—just like a powerful swing.

🚨 300 LB CLUB ALERT 🚨
At just 10 years old, Luke has officially joined the 300 lb club! 💪
Hard work pays off, and Luke proved it by improving every single metric in his evaluation. Stronger, faster, more powerful, and more confident than when he started.
The best part? He’s just getting started. 🔥
Drop a 👏 for Luke and his huge accomplishment!
Family workouts. Owen loves lateral lunges, not so much. I also think he showed us a new coaching technique. Who wants to see Kelsey do this with ?
