GavMan hit the track last night at our home track North Carolina Quarter Midget Association (NCQMA) and got some more laps under his belt!

Josh took a well-earned night off after spending every single day at a racetrack for the last TWO WEEKS straight! 😅🏁 Safe to say he’s earned a little break!

We’re coming down to the wire on the summer racing season — ONE MORE Summer Series race next week! 🔥

Time to finish it out strong! 💙🏁

Luck of the qualifying draw put us as the first kart out to qualify after a lengthy rain delay. Slid around to a 19th of 24 qualifying effort👎🏻👎🏻.

No heat races tonight because of the rain, so we went straight to main events by qualifying speed. That put us lining up 7th in the B main. While we were disappointed to not make the A, we made the best of circumstances and went to work. Lots of other good karts also ended up in the B. Ended up finishing a close 4th with a clean kart and made good passes. We also ran the fastest lap of the race, and ran faster than all but 3 of the A main karts.

Unfortunately we have a couple weeks off but will be back racing Tuesday August 18th. We’re already ready to get back to the track

In honor of Case Higgins, we’re launching the .

Case continues to fight every day, and our family continues to pray for him and the Higgins family. Our hope is to encourage every racer to practice one of the most important safety skills there is: getting out of the race car quickly in the event of an emergency.

How to participate:

🔹Have someone video you and post it, tagging Factory Fourteen and using .

🔹Challenge 3 other racers to complete the .

🔹Wear all of your safety gear with your belts latched, neck restraint connected, and visor down.

🔹Start with both hands on the steering wheel. The timer begins the moment your hands leave the wheel.

🔹Before unbuckling your belts, turn off all master/power switches on the dash.

🔹Exit the race car as quickly and safely as possible. The timer stops when both feet touch the ground.

It’s important to us that every driver is confident and comfortable getting out of their race car in an emergency. No matter what type of car you race, what class or division you compete in, or your age, we encourage you to participate and help spread awareness.

To encourage as many drivers as possible to get involved, everyone who completes the and follows the rules will be entered into a drawing. Five winners will each receive a Factory Fourteen merchandise bundle valued at over $100 each.

The challenge runs through August 31st, and we’ll announce the winners on September 1st.

Every driver should practice and become comfortable with the skill of safely exiting their race car in case they are in a situation when it’s needed most. We encourage parents, crews, and teams to make it part of their routine.

Please continue to keep Case and the Higgins family in your prayers. We are believing and praying for his continued strength and healing. ❤️

Good afternoon, everyone. ❤️

We created this page so we can keep all of Case’s updates in one place for everyone who has been following his journey.

First and foremost, we need to say thank you. The amount of love and support from the racing community, our hometown, friends, complete strangers, and so many incredible families has been more than we could have ever imagined. The messages, the prayers, the donations, and every act of kindness have carried us through some of the darkest days of our lives.

From the bottom of our hearts… thank you. 💙

A quick update on our sweet boy

Case is still on the ventilator. He’s still very swollen, and because of the amount of pain he’s in, we truly feel it’s best for him to remain intubated a little longer while his body continues to fight.

Since he’ll still be intubated, we have made the decision to move forward with his first treatment. Tomorrow he will undergo surgery on his precious little hands and arms.

Please keep Case, our family, and his medical team in your prayers tomorrow. We are praying for steady hands, wisdom for every doctor and nurse, a successful surgery, and continued healing for our sweet boy.

We serve a mighty God, and because of Him and because of the incredible army of people praying beside us we truly believe in miracles. We have already felt the power of your prayers, and we ask that you continue lifting Case up.

We love you all more than words can say. ❤️
