Another one of our UREC Interns for the semester is Mr. Javondre’ Cole. Mr. Cole is a Senior Sport Management Major hailing all the way from Portland, OR. Javondre’ enjoys the interpersonal aspect of his job that requires network expansion along with strategic problem solving. Outside of the internship, Mr. Cole enjoys working out and spending quality time with friends

Takaila Hill hails from Durham, NC
& is a Junior, Business Administration Major here at Winston-Salem State University. In University Recreation, she serves as the Social Media Marketing
Intern. When she’s not working hard, she enjoys exercising, as it is calming and relaxing.

As the Assistant Director of Business & Membership, Ms. Rhodra Anderson-Brown has been a member of the professional staff of University Recreation since 2016. She is from Winston-Salem, NC and graduated from Winston-Salem State University with a BS in Business Administration/Management. She has a certificate in Wedding Planning from Forsyth Technical Community College, in Winston-Salem, NC; a Certificate in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC; and is on track to receive her MS-STH – Master of Science in Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality from East Caolina University as well.
Rhodra has been happily married to her husband, Tim, since 1997. The two have no children, however, they have two beautiful nieces they think of as their own. Rhodra enjoys traveling extensively, watching classic TV and nature shows, reading anything by author, Danielle Steel; listening to various genres of music; reading or watching anything pertaining to King Henry VIII and his six wives; as well as learning about and experiencing new things. She is always planning her next adventure and can hardly wait to explore more of the world and take advantage of all it has to offer!
