Salem Lake Trail Races Twin City Track Club presents Salem Lake 5K, 7 Mile & 30K, Black Friday Relays, Frosty 50 Trail Races Save $$ and register for all 4 races at one time!

Part of the Twin City Track Club and managed by Ultimate Race Management, Salem Lake Trail Runs challenge runners with several different distances. The Salem Lake Trail Races make up three of the four races in the Fit 4 or Forfeit Race Series. Finish all four races, any distance and earn great swag including Fit 4 Race Series apparel! Salem Lake 5K, 7 Miler, and 30K take place on September 24, 2022, where runners will enjoy the changing of the leaves while challenging themselves around the lake. The Black Friday Relays take place on Friday, November 25, 2022 includes 3 in-person relay and one virtual option. The Frosty Fifty on January 6-7, 2023 is a race not for the weak of heart. 2013's race began with a temperature of 18 degrees. The 5K Friday Night race returns again for 2023. Distances for Saturday races include 25K and 50K individual options, or a 50K team relay option so runners can take the challenge with friends.
