Motto: "It's Not About Motivation; It's About Inspiration!" Keith's keen ability to spread the leadership and personal development message is creating a demand for his services along the northeastern coastline. Over the past 20 years Keith has continued to share with people in the faith-based, business, education, social service and political realms. After attending Warner University in Lake Wales, Fl he returned to the Tri State area, it was in the Philadelphia/Wilmington area that many of Keith’s principles of growth, leadership, and personal development began to germinate. As an active trainer, Keith continues to empower local leaders in community involvement and leadership development involving the arts, government, education, economic development and community board membership. Most recently, Keith developed a training curriculum on Living Independently for young adults aging out of foster care. He has trained to various organizations and agencies on the need for normalcy for this growing population. Keith is also a certified Model Approach to Partnerships in Parenting (M.A.P.P.) trainer, as well as providing direction on how to handle strong willed children thru The Parent Project Curriculum: A Parent’s Guide to Changing Destructive Adolescent Behavior. As a creative and dynamic communicator, Keith has been described as a “phenomenal motivational speaker”, where he continues to impact the lives of others thru humor, insight, and inspiration. His topics include but are not limited to leadership, personal growth, attitude, addiction, relationship building, and discipleship.
