Meet our instructor! Did you know Karen is training in yoga therapy? After over ten years as a yoga instructor, Karen is taking coursework and attending trainings to empower people to progress toward improved health and well-being through ancient yoga practices, reinforced by modern biomedical peer-reviewed research.
Because she started her yoga training as a mom, some of the women in her class have even been inspired to begin training for their own instructor certification!
