We started our spring semester of Yoga Club at Park Maitland School! 💜 Here is a note from a mom expressing the value of her son’s attendance 💚, and a picture of Ev with his preschool teacher! 💜 I love when my kids assist me and meet the kids. 💚 Both Everett and Zoe grew up with Yoga at home and with me as their teacher at school. 💜 Learning how to listen for their soul-purpose and to have courage to follow their course is just another day at Yoga Club! 💚🕉️💚

When the mind can’t make sense of what is happening or figure out what to do, remember your heart already Knows. Place one hand on top of the other over your heart, close your eyes if it’s comfortable, feel your breath, and remember your heart is your greatest ally. 🤍

Why do I teach kids’ yoga? 🧘🏻‍♀️Because peaceful kids grow up to be peaceful adults. 🧘🏾‍♂️ Because emotionally and socially intelligent kids grow up to be emotionally and socially intelligent adults. 🧘🏼Because soul-led kids grow up to be soul-led adults. 🙏🏾 Because inclusive kids grow up to be inclusive adults. 🙏 And, peaceful, emotionally and socially intelligent, soul-led, inclusive adults make for a more peaceful planet. 🌎

Today we began our 2023-24 Yoga Club adventure, and it feels so good. 🙏🏼 I still get the first day jitters. 💠 And I am still completely in love with teaching Yoga to kids. 🕯️🤍🪽
