Today’s energy was something special!
We had a guest visiting all the way from Philadelphia — he had never tried Capoeira before, but jumped right into his first class with us! Shout out to our new family member !
Huge respect for stepping into the unknown with so much heart.

Always remember: the hardest part is showing up — the rest is pure growth.

What an incredible surprise from my fam! You guys completely got me—I genuinely had no idea!
