Orwin Manor: Getting Older Is Inevitable, Feeling Old Isn’t

One of the hardest things I hear from Orwin Manor neighbors over 60 is, « I guess I’m just getting older. » Usually right after they tell me they’re tired all the time, low on energy, and no longer feel like doing what they once loved.
Aging is real. But daily exhaustion isn’t something you should automatically accept. Often we’re looking at low muscle mass, not enough protein, poor recovery, dehydration, and no strength training. The good news? Every one of those can improve.
