PSA!!! 📣 If you are not OUTSIDE please get out there as soon as you can. 🌱☀️ The most effective nervous system reset for me in 2026 is being outside.
I spent a lot of time outside yesterday and today is the first day in WEEKS, that I have been able to stay regulated (and HAPPY).
It’s HUGE for those of us who struggle with seasonal depression/SAD, generalized anxiety, freeze, disassociation, low energy, overwhelm and countless other emotional distress.
Get out there, breathe deeply, use all of your senses to experience the nature around you. I promise you, it’s healing. 🥰

✨International Women’s Day 2026✨
Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and quiet power of women everywhere.
To the women rebuilding their energy.
To the women learning to rest without guilt.
To the women showing up for themselves in new ways...even when it’s hard.
Your strength isn’t measured by how much you push through. Sometimes it’s measured by how gently you learn to care for yourself. (More on this coming soon!)
Here’s to strong bodies, supported minds, and women who keep rising. 💛
