5+6 year old class showing fantastic body control today!
Kids at this age are just bursting with energy so sitting still and not moving or fidgeting is a big deal!

A quick highlight reel from our 5+6 year old class with the topic of : Discipline
It's a nice word when thinking about what you want for your child but there are more working parts than just being described as disciplined.
For us, discipline means doing what we know we are supposed to do, even when no one if checking in on us.
That means taking care of our hygiene, our school supplies, our toys and belongings and even more than that, practicing our homework we know we need to get done and chores we know help in our house.

A huge shout out to our parade crew today!
We have some really cool videos and photos coming out but wanted to say a quick thank you to the families who participated in walking the parade today as well as those we saw in the crowd

Miss Deena made the drop from our food drive and we're happy to announce we dropped over 15 pounds of food!
We got to see a little more about how the Hope foundation works in Orlando and it's truly amazing!
They also partner with 2ND harvest food services so it's cool to think how our previous donations made it here too.
Thanks again for everyone who donated or shared! We still have the toys for tots drive happening until Dec 10th!
We are a public drop off location so you can visit anytime we're open 🩷

one of our newest students and already one of our strongest readers.
She finished Book 1 of Way of the Warrior Kid in a day… 🤯
then finished Book 2 in a week… 🫨
and now she’s on Book 3.
We love kids who love learning!

A HUGE congratulations to our next black belt!
Mr. Bob has been training for years for this bucket list accomplishment and we're so happy to announce he completed his final test and became 1UP's 1st Adult Student Black belt 🎉
Bob is such a dedicated individual, it doesn't make the area of life, if he has decided it is something he wants to do, he gets it done!
Bob is always caring and insightful and has given back to 1UP so much too!

It's Toys for Tots time!
We're collecting until December 10th, anyone who is not actively training that donated a toy will get a complimentary 2 week pass to classes at 1UP

Class Schedule is as follows:
3-4 Years Old: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm
5-6 Years Old: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm and Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm
7-12 Years Old: Monday-Thursday 4:45 and Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30
7-12 Years Old: Elite Monday-Thursday 5:30pm and Friday Orange/Purple at 5 pm and Blue+ at 6 pm
Adults: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 7:00pm
