Boston Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was founded by Roberto Maia in 1995
Professor Roberto Maia was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he grew up training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu alongside his cousins, the world renowned Gracies, who developed the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Competitor Jimmy Delorfano taking home a dominant victory and submission win over the weekend at Top Level Pro Grappling. Jimmy controlled the match from bell to bell wasting no time taking the match to the ground with a single -> double leg take down and unleashing a barrage of submission attempts on a very “slippery” opponent. The match ends with a triangle finish for the win. Congratulations Jimmy on your victory! We applaud your discipline and dedication to your craft.
