It's not what you do; it's HOW YOU DO IT.

With any fitness program, the devil is in the details. If you don't know how to do something or if you do a movement with poor technique, you put yourself at much higher risk for injury.
•
Our number one priority with all of our members is to make you better. If you are hurt, we can't work to make you better so we work hard to ensure you know HOW to do each move with proper technique.
•
We also teach you how to progress and regress each and every movement in the program to suit your ability level.
Education is part of the process and we find it extremely important!

Trying to achieve your first strict chin up or pull up?? Let us help!

Getting your first pull up is a hhuuuggeee accomplishment for so many of our members! And it was for us too! When you sign up for our program, we take your step-by-step through proper progressions to get you to your first pull up ever... and trust us, it's so awesome when you get it!!
• •
Here are a few tips for your
1️⃣ Keep a position with your abs ON. Core strength plays a big role in good pull ups
2️⃣ Look straight ahead, not at the ceiling or at your hands. Maintain a neutral spine.
3️⃣ Use your legs. Huh? Yup. Squeeze your butt. Press your legs together or cross your ankles and squeeze them against each other with straight legs. This is a full body movement. Your body is harder to lift up if your legs are hanging like some heavy ass wet noodles 🍝
4️⃣ Only progress when you're ready. Don't get antsy and skip steps because your friend reposted a video on . Stay patient; this is about YOUR first pull up, not your friend's cousin's trainer's set of 100 pull ups. You'll thank yourself later.
