Yesterday, T’s Karate had 13 participants at the 4th Annual Sisters of the Sun ☀️ training seminar! 💪

It was an incredible day with WTSDA female martial artists aged 7-75 - from white belt to 6th Dan - who traveled from 5 different Regions (10 states) to train together and fill our cups with knowledge. 🥋

We are grateful to all those that put this event together and can’t wait to attend again next year! 🌟
