From crossrails on Woody to a victory gallop at her first finals, this one means a little more. We lost our special lesson pony, Woody, who had been with us for 20 years, 6 months ago today.

The ribbons and results are exciting, but watching our clients grow up in this sport is the part weā€™ll always be most proud of. And knowing our sweet Woody helped build the confidence that carried her here makes it even more special. šŸ•Šļø

Our first finals as a farm and one weā€™ll never forget šŸ¤

We came into this week excited and grateful to be there, and walked away with results that exceeded every expectation. As proud as I am of everything these girls accomplished in the ring, that isnā€™t what made this week so special.

Iā€™m most proud of how hard they worked all year to get here, how they supported each other through the highs and lows, and how much our little barn family grew closer along the way.

As a young professional, weeks like this remind me exactly why I chose this path. There is nothing more rewarding than watching these girls grow, not only as riders, but as horsewomen, teammates, and people.

The ribbons are pretty special of course, but the confidence gained, friendships strengthened, and memories made together mean so much more.

We are so grateful for this group of clients that have believed in us since the very beginning and for our incredible horses. We have some exciting things coming and we so excited for everything ahead for Fox Wood Farm.

Julianna Kelly & Mortonā€™s Cadillac finished 2nd out of 25 ponies in the S/M Childrenā€™s Pony Medal Championship with a first round score of an 84!

Lucy Adams & Fox Ridge Rumble N Hum finished 6th out of 35 horses and ponies in the 2ft Pre-Childrenā€™s Hunter Classic

What a fun weekend at Star Hollowā€™s Starfish Equine Rescue Benefit Show!

Lucy Adams & Fox Ridge Rumble N Hum had some great trips out of a big group in the Open Hunter Division just missing a tri-color, including a win in the Under Saddle! Lucy & Hummer also played in the Pleasure Derby finishing up 7th out of a competitive group of 19!

Julianna Kelly & Mortonā€™s Catillac had their best day yet winning every class they entered in the Childrenā€™s Hunters!

Julianna Kelly & Spotlight had their second show in the Low Childrenā€™s Hunters just missing a tri-color! The two of them are making some great progress together very quickly!

Sophia Hess & Golden Ticket had one of their best shows to date in the Low Childrenā€™s Hunters! Sophia also piloted Zazu in his first Pleasure Derby finishing up 5th out of 19! We are so proud of how patient Sophia has been with him!

Maya Scioli and Box of Chocolates had their best horse show yet winning 3 out of 4 classes in the Pre Childrenā€™s Equation division out of a respectable group! Maya & Mateo also did their first Pleasure Derby finishing up 3rd out of 19! We are so proud of these two and how it all came together for the two of them this weekend!

We are so proud to be apart of such an amazing team and such a great group of girls! Watching you all cheer each other on this weekend is why we love doing what we do! šŸ’™

A huge thank you to Sarah Braxton for putting such an amazing start on Gracie for us. We cannot wait to have her home in less than 3 weeks!
