Because of everyone who joined our 3rd Annual Hike for Women’s Mental Health, we were able to donate essential items to women and families supported through our partnership with Urban Resource Institute !!

If you’re a Certified Personal Trainer with 3+ years of experience in 1-on-1 coaching and strength programming and you LOVE helping women build confidence through fitness, movement, nutrition, and wellness…this could be for you.

Our mission is bigger than workouts. We’re here to create sustainable lifestyle changes and empower women through science-based, functional movement.

✨ A related degree is preferred
✨ A passion for coaching, educating, and uplifting women is REQUIRED
