Speed & Agility with Coach Ziare begins tomorrow! Join us on Thursdays in April (4/9, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30) from 8–9 PM at 94 Green St., Woodbridge for high-energy training focused on improving speed, footwork, and overall athletic performance. This program is free for Monthly Unlimited Members, or $30 per class, with a discounted rate of $90 for all four sessions. Registration and payment are required in advance.
