Here we are in the July 2019 edition of The Corner Newspaper! When all was said and done, we were able to donate $200 to the Woodbridge PBA and $200 to the Woodbridge Relay for Life. Thank you for contributing to a great cause! Stay tuned for an announcement about the Aug 4th one-day, shortened distance tourney!
Message for players...
Our final week is approaching as we have playoffs / the championship this Friday, July 5th. It is very important that you all make it on time this week because we will have scheduled games rather than a flexible schedule like usual! If your team is not there by 5:15 PM and you have a first round game, it will count as a forfeit because we must get the ball rolling!!!! There is potential for rain this Friday but unless it is extremely bad we will likely play so we can wrap up the season. Keep in mind, this one might go later than 7 pm as a lot of games are going to be played. Currently here are the matchups (subject to change if a team informs me they are not coming).

Top 4 teams get a bye in the first round next week. If a team does not show each seed with move up and the 5th team will receive a bye in the first round as well! Mother Nature kissed us with heavy winds yesterday 🌬 Still a great week! Standings have been updated on the website. Race for 1st is tight between the top four teams. Tiebreaker of overall % won among tied teams used to rank teams 1, 2 & 3.
