✨ Weekend 1 of Foundations of Yoga is complete! ✨

What an incredible weekend spent with these beautiful women. 🤍

Learning. Sharing. Vulnerability. Connection. Growth.

We explored so much more than the physical practice of yoga. We created space to ask questions, share experiences, reflect, and learn from one another — and that is exactly what this journey is about.

There is something so special about bringing women together in a safe space where we can simply learn, connect, and be.

My heart is full. 🥹

So incredibly grateful to everyone who showed up with an open mind and an open heart — and to Jennifer and Brianna for sharing their knowledge, energy, and love alongside me.
