Hey Burn Fam , meet our new Trainer - Shawn Gregory, he was raised in Broadacres Oregon and went to North Marion for 12 years.
Married to Laura Gregory, we’ve been together since we were 19 years of age and have had an amazing life together.
I’ve always had a love of physical fitness, at 18 years of age I had a friend take me to a Muay Thai class where I fell in love and became a certified Muay Thai Instructor 7 years later.
in 2002 I received a call asking if id like to referee an MMA show, 24 years later I’ve reffed some of the biggest shows in America from the UFC, Strike Force, Bellator to King of the Cage and am still loving every part of the sport and still active to this very day.
Staying healthy is literally part of my daily life and my passion is assisting others in becoming the best that they can be in whatever endeavor they choose to move towards.💪
