My Pilates journey started three years ago with a simple goal—to fit into a dress for my daughter’s Sweet 16. Little did I know that this goal would turn into something I would become completely hooked on!

Three years and 500 classes later, Pilates has truly become a part of my life and my HAPPY PLACE! When I first started, I had some back pain. Thanks to Pilates, I’m so grateful to say that is gone. I feel stronger, more flexible, and better overall, both physically and mentally.

I absolutely love the instructors and the Club Pilates team. I’m so grateful for their encouragement, energy, and support throughout my journey! A special shout-out to Georgia, Adrienne and Melanie, you definitely don’t make it easy, but you always make it worthwhile.

I can honestly say that reaching 500 classes feels like a milestone, but I’m nowhere near finished! Here’s to the next 500!
