Happy Sunday, Caroline!

We are in full swing with our Fall Ball season — games start tomorrow, Monday 9/21!

CCLL asks that 1 volunteer shift be completed per player enrolled for the season. Work 5+, earn registration credit next season!

Next month, CCLL will host our Annual Membership Meeting. This meeting is where the new board for 2027 will be voted in, and is a great opportunity for our parents & community to hear the state of the league. This meeting is planned for Tuesday, 10/20 at 6:30PM, location TBA.

CCLL is run entirely by volunteers — every board member, coach, grounds worker, concession stand worker, umpire, etc., volunteers their time to keep this fantastic program running for our local kiddos. We are in need of a few more dedicated folks to join our Board of Directors. If you are interested in giving back to the community and joining our efforts to continue expanding our program, please let us know! Game schedules are out and the season is kicking off!!! We are so excited for Fall Ball! With the games comes our amazing concessions that is ran solely off volunteers. We ask that for each player, a family member signs up for 1 shift to help support our concessions. This is our parks biggest fundraiser and we depend on our families to help us and make sure we can be open for the season. Please click the link below and sign up for a shift at your convenience. We also provide community service hours as well if needed!

If you have 5 shifts per player you get FREE registration for the Spring season!!!!

Please pick an available time slot/position to volunteer in our concessions this season. Our parks biggest fundraiser! The fields may have been closed this weekend, but the work around the park never stops! 🥎⚾️

A special thank-you to our Field & Grounds Manager, JoJo Parker, who spent his Saturday transforming our overgrown Field 6 into a clean, playable field that’s ready for games! 👏

We also want to give a huge shoutout to the 🐍 Virginia Vipers Fastpitch! They truly live by the motto, “Leave it better than you found it.” During their Sunday practice, players and families pulled weeds, emptied trash cans, and cut all the outfields. 💪🌿

We are so blessed to have such a beautiful park, but keeping it that way truly takes a village. Thank you to everyone who has pitched in, helped spruce things up, and gotten the park ready for fall ball! ❤️

We appreciate every one of you! ⚾️🥎
