Staying hydrated helps your joints feel better which in turn helps you move more fluently. That’s because our joints are made up of synovial fluid, which is made up of water. The less water you drink, the stiffer your joints may feel. Make sure to drink plenty before and especially after your session to help not only your joints recover , but also help your muscles recuperate.
