So proud of Kathy as she pushes herself to trust her mare and become more effective with her position and body while riding.
Learning to sit back, engage your core, soften your hands, and allow the horse to move underneath you can be incredibly difficult as a rider—especially when you’re working through past experiences that may not have been positive.
Watching Kathy make such a significant change in her confidence and position has been incredibly rewarding as a coach. There is going to be a learning curve when making major adjustments like this, but they are on the way to a higher level of performance.
