Anyone looking for a new way to take care of themselves? Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP is so much easier to say 😅) has so much to offer you and your family! While your legs and core are actively engaging to stabilize you on the board, your arms are building strength with each stroke. Plus, it's a LOW IMPACT sport, so no need to worry about wear and tear on your joints.

Yes, it may look intimidating at first, but our staff is happy to help you gain the confidence and skill to have a great time on the lake. Honestly, if we can learn to do it then anyone can. But if SUP isn't your thing then we offer kayaks too! We have both singles and tandems so bring a friend and come out to enjoy these last few weeks of summer.
