One Touch Fight Team and Academy offers the highest caliber instruction and training in Mixed Martial Arts. Our style and system of instruction focuses on the core concept that MMA fighting is a multilateral system in which different styles are meant to complement each other and flow. We promote and teach the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with a focus on MMA-based situational awareness and preparedness as well as street self-defense. Our kickboxing, Muay Thai and wrestling classes will help you achieve a high-level of fitness and skill that will not only serve you in the arena but will also give you an effective personal self-defense system in any given situation. We are located in Omega Training Center which serves as the premiere facility in the Midwest for training Amateur/Pro MMA fighters and Wrestlers. We offer the following:
