🇬🇷 Our nutrition client Kit is also competing in Greece!

💜 Ellen worked her ass off to qualify for Regionals AND dropped into a lower weight class, which was one of our big goals. She isn’t competing today, but earning that qualification deserves to be celebrated.

🔥 Audrey ALSO qualified for Regionals after just getting started in powerlifting! Unfortunately, by the time she qualified there wasn’t enough room left to get her registered, but DAMN… what an accomplishment for someone so new to this sport.

And then there’s ROSE. 🥹💜

SECOND POWERLIFTING MEET ➡️ +15 KG TOTAL 🔥

Hannah added 15 KG to her total since the State Meet in February — and that’s after almost a month away from lifting because of summer travel!

She came back, got to work, and got STRONGER. 💪

Client Spotlight: Christine 💜

When Christine joined ELEV8, she was recovering from two wrist injuries.

Instead of jumping straight into Olympic lifts, we focused on building a solid foundation with general strength training, improving mobility, and choosing exercises that respected her wrists while continuing to build strength.

Fast forward to today…
