POSITION TRAINING INCLUDES:

Setters: Hand positioning, footwork, tempo, decision-making, jump setting, and offensive leadership.

Liberos & Defensive Specialists: Serve receive, defensive movement, digging techniques, ball control, and court leadership.

Outside Hitters: Passing, attacking, shot selection, transition, and six-rotation responsibilities.

Right Side Hitters: Blocking, attacking different tempos, transition, and defensive responsibilities.

Middle Blockers: Footwork, blocking systems, quick attacks, transition, and reading the setter.

Focused reps. Better decisions. Better volleyball. 💪
