📼 Break out the cassette tapes... we're heading Back to the '80s!

After an incredible '90s night, we're cranking the dial back another decade for an all-new 80's Name That Tune! 🎶

Think you know your Bon Jovi, Journey, Prince, Madonna, Michael Jackson, Def Leppard, Whitney Houston, and Queen?

This isn't your typical trivia night...

We'll play the biggest hits of the '80s, and your team will battle it out by naming the song, artist, finishing the lyric, and proving you know the decade that gave us some of the greatest music ever recorded.

🎧 Hosted by DJ/MC Joe Reynolds & DJ Brock Webb, expect plenty of laughs, sing-alongs, and just enough friendly competition to keep things interesting.

👥 Teams of 2–6

Bonus points if you show up dressed in your best '80s gear! Neon, leg warmers, acid wash, leather jackets, big hair... we want to see it all.

🏆 Prizes, City News & Brews gift cards, and bragging rights are up for grabs.

* 📏 Undergoing an experimental leg-extension procedure.
* 🥒🏓 Kicking off our Pickleball Retirement Home Tour.
* 🌮 Traveling the country in search of the world's greatest taco.
* 🧹 Deep cleaning every nook and cranny we pretend not to notice.
* 🪑 Rearranging furniture 17 times until it "feels right."
* 🍻 Testing whether "one last beer" is a scientifically measurable amount.
* 🎯 Settling an intense debate over who actually has the best golf game.
* 🐿️ Training squirrels to bus tables (results not guaranteed).

Yesterday was a special day in Wooster.

A huge congratulations to the new owners of Hero House as they opened their doors and began a brand-new chapter for one of our city’s iconic restaurants. ❤️

Opening a business, or reopening one, is equal parts exciting and terrifying. Trust us 😅 we’ve been there! You spend months planning, and then suddenly it’s go time. Not everything goes perfectly, and that’s okay. Every great local business starts by learning, adjusting, and finding its groove.

So if you stop in this week, remember there’s a team of people working hard behind the scenes, learning new roles, new routines, and doing their best to serve the community. A little patience, a smile, and some grace can make all the difference.

From all of us at City News & Brews, we’re wishing you nothing but success. We’re excited to have Hero House back, and we can’t wait to watch this next chapter unfold.
