Join us as we bring the revolution to the heart of it all! REFIT® is an uplifting REvolutionary FITness community and cardio dance experience that focuses on the heart as a muscle AND a soul. You don’t have to GET FIT in order to FIT at REFIT - our workouts are designed for EVERY body regardless of age, shape, size or ability. Exhilarating energy, rockin' rhythms, and heart-pumping cardio - transforming us all from the inside out! (Donations appreciated but not expected)

Are you nervous about trying dance fitness because you might mess up the moves? Here at REFIT, we believe in "no judgment" zones and "participation over perfection." Even the instructor "freestyles" every now and then (my face always gives it away! 😂) so there's really no reason to skip all the fun... come dance with us tonight!

REFIT®️ tip of the week: bring a water bottle with you to class. Sometimes, when we're having fun, we forget the basics, like how staying hydrated is important during a workout, especially when you sweat. 💦 Just remember to sip what you drip!

Over the almost 9 years that I have been instructing, I have met some of the best people in my classes, some of whom are still faithfully attending every week, and I call them friends.
