Partner Pose fun! 🤩
Did you know our Mom and Mini classes are the PERFECT way for you to connect with your children (3-8)? 👧🏾 💕
In these classes we practice so many partner poses to sprinkle in more fun and moments of connection!
Try partner tree pose! 🌳 start standing tall, keep on foot flat on the floor and kickstand the other foot to balance like a tree! Hold hands with your child or press hands together!
