One of the most popular games at camp is called OUTBREAK - it is played either 1 v 1 or everyone v everyone in a large group. The kids love it - it mirrors greco roman wrestling to a small degree. In its simplest form it is a belt pulling game. Great game for fast twitch training. Great sportsmanship by the two young gentlemen in the video.
