Happy Spring everyone. I'm still ironing out details for this summer and hope to be able to offer free yoga in the park 1-2 times per week. I’m happy to announce that I’ll be leading an all-levels yoga flow class every Thursday at 6:30 PM beginning January 11th at Muscular Connections in West Boylston.
It’s a great studio that offers a variety of other services and classes including massage, yoga, pilates, barre, and more. The first class you take there is free!
Please note that there will be no class on Thursday, January 18th. Instead, I’ll be holding class on Friday, January 19th at 7 PM.
