Sundays Jr Champ Race also had some milestones! Jai finished P4 and again topped his fastest lap times by being one of two drivers to be the first this season to hit 9.3’s. Jai has gotten better and better every single week. The hard work, dedication and focus continue to pay off!

Kart Challenge Race 1 Interview!

This is what our driver was dealing with for the last two laps of the second Jr Outlaw feature after getting hit on a caution lap. Kids got grit!

Finally made it to Day 3 Recap! Bleary Eyed we made it to Stafford Motor Speedway for the Wild Thing Karts Jr Outlaw twin 15’s. Jai making his first ever Jr Outlaw podium finish in race 1, finishing P2. We went into race two with high hopes and stayed out front, unfortunately Jai was hit by another competitor during a caution lap causing some damage. That didn’t stop Jai still finishing P8 when we got the Kart on the stand it turns out Jai finished that race with an axle that had been completely disconnected from the carrier! Kids got determination. He was going to finish that race one way or the other! Thank you to all out sponsors, supporters and friends!

Day 2 of our racing weekend had us at our points race Pomfret Speedway Home of TSKC. We had bobbles in setup after driving through the night from Claremont. We also blew a crank seal at the previos race. Making today a day to retest the champ. Got a great start but after several cautions during this race, including one heart stopping late caution. Jai took home a P4.
