🔥 JUNE IS HEATING UP FOR CGR BOXING GYM! 🥊💥

We're heading into a busy month with our fighters stepping into the ring almost every week. While others are talking, Team CGR is putting in the work and showing up when it matters most.

🏆 Connor will also be representing CGR Boxing Gym at the National Championships, carrying the CGR name onto the national stage!

From local shows to national competition, our fighters continue to prove that hard work, discipline, and consistency pay off. Win, lose, or draw, our team isn't afraid to step up and test themselves.

Open Gym: 6:00 AM – 9:45 AM
⚠️ All members must be OUT of the building by 9:45 AM

Adult Class: 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM
Gym Closed (Upstairs & Downstairs)

Open Gym Reopens: 11:20 AM

The Adult Class has grown and I need the entire gym space to run the class properly.

No Exceptions. Please plan your workout accordingly. 🥊
