Yoga & Barre Community

Kate Dalrymple opened in June 2017 in a small space in Tatnuck Sq. Worcester, MA. Kate is a busy mom of 3 little ones. She dreamed of opening a Yoga & Barre studio that was welcoming and felt like home when you walked in. Over the last 2 years we have grown tremendously. Last winter a larger space became available in our building, and we jumped on it! We exist today in 1,300 sq. feet of airy, wide-open space. We built our community on inclusion, accessibility and convenience. Our teachers are amazing and all have their unique styles. We offer Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, Blissful Candlelight Yoga, & Barre classes. Barre is a music driven class that derives movements from ballet barre, pillates and Yoga. It’s energizing, fun and a great workout! Kate Dalrymple is now offering a 200 hour yoga teacher training. Our next session starts this fall on Sept. 21st. It’s a weekend format ending Dec. 15th.

If you’ve new to Yoga or Barre or both...we hope you come in and give us a try. Sometimes that first step is hard! If it seems like life always gets in the way; or maybe you think it’s only for people who can touch their toes, or who are really fit (it’s totally not). Or, maybe you’re just thinking about trying something new-you want to strengthen your body or feel more peaceful, maybe you just want to do something for your health. Try us! We want to meet you and show you our amazing community and studio.
