Attn Everyone, today we at RFC have made a decision to freeze all business activity for 30 days. This decision was made after information came to us about a potential increase in exposure , raising the risk level. After discussing it with the other program coaches, we are choosing to mitigate exposure by closing.
What does this mean moving forward?
After 30 days we will reassess. All members once we're open again will pick up where we left off.
In the meantime, we ask that all our members contribute to the solution by following our example of social distancing and increased hygiene habits. If you suspect you're sick, please take the proper steps to prevent transmission. If anyone needs assistance or information on managing exposure DM one of us.
RFC will also be working on providing online options for class and training.
Please take care of yourself and each other!

At RFC we develop better mental and physical habits. Here are a few low energy tips for building a strong mindset to kick off the week!
1. Take 15-minutes a day to reflect.
2. Give up a bad habit each week.
3. Consciously catch yourself when you are thinking negatively and turn it into positive talk.
4. Identify at least one challenge and set a goal to overcome it each week.
5. Make a list of your strengths and review them each week.
6. Record what you are grateful for on your phone, computer, or journal.
7. Write down at least one new idea each day.
8. Exercise daily, even if it’s just a set of push-ups, crunches, squats, and jumping jacks.
9. Eating a healthy meal over an unhealthy one will boost your mindset.
10. Do at least one thing per day that challenges you.
Please leave a 💪 in the comments if this post pumps you up for the week!
