Hot Power Yoga Center is a Hot Vinyasa Yoga studio in Worcester, Massachusetts. The word Vinyasa means “linking breath to movement.” Vinyasa yoga classes are creative and teachers take students on a journey where the poses are found through breath. Yesterday was Hot Power Yoga Center’s 10th teacher training graduation. We have now graduated over 200 yoga teachers who are out sharing their passion and teaching throughout the Worcester area. ❤️❤️❤️

It is truly an honor to put our name on these certificates, knowing these teachers will go on to inspire others, build community, and help people unleash their power.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026 — we are so proud of all you’ve accomplished and can’t wait to see where your journey leads next.

Our girl Erin, owner of Sea Island Wellness is coming home. You do not want to miss her classes;)) oh and did I mention, Erin is our fellow retreat facilitator. She is the creator of The Kale Whale and has taught all of us so much about healthy meals, cooking fast but healthy meals, and kitchen essentials.
