This gym offered 6,000 sq. ft. and was dedicated by Arnold Schwarzenegger at the grand opening. In 1988, it expanded to 12,000 square feet. A new facility was subsequently built and now offers 18,000 square ft. of the best weight and cardiovascular equipment in the area. Open during the week starting Monday at 4am through Friday evening at 11 pm . Saturday 6AM to 6PM. Sunday 9AM to 6PM. Metro Fitn

We will be offering our 3 month summer for $75 special once again for all students home for the summer from college or highschool ( age appropriate).
You must present a valid college ID or HS Id to be eligible. If you have a key tag from years past, bring it with you. If not, then there will be a charge for the keytag as well.

It is with great sadness that we share that long time , Metro Fitness members , Luke and Lynnea Soposki and their one year old son tragically lost their lives Saturday in a car accident . We ask that you please pray for their family and loved ones as this is a simple reminder of how precious life is and how short life can be.
As we are made aware of services , we will share them up at the desk for anyone looking to remember this beautiful family.
