This gym offered 6,000 sq. ft. and was dedicated by Arnold Schwarzenegger at the grand opening. In 1988, it expanded to 12,000 square feet. A new facility was subsequently built and now offers 18,000 square ft. of the best weight and cardiovascular equipment in the area. Open during the week starting Monday at 4am through Friday evening at 11 pm . Saturday 6AM to 6PM. Sunday 9AM to 6PM. Metro Fitn

Our members are over here killing it. Shout to to Julieann Ash and Bill Ash who continue to show us that age doesn’t matter .
Julieann Ash won the ECLIPSE USAPOWERLIFTING meet in Bloomington ,In. On the first. Won Masters 4 b division and broke the Ohio State record in the squat. 137.5 pounds. 🏋️🎉
Bill won his Push Pull age group
Lifting 95 lbs bench in the bench press and pulling 205lbs. 💣
