Every side hustle business we start is, ultimately, to support our stewardship of the Golf Club.....

This one here is pretty cool as it started with The Brat Pack 80s Show concert we hosted last month. We wanted to charge 10 bucks but there is no current way to do that without passing along 20% processing fees onto Fans, which also cuts into the Band payout.

Concert and Event ticketing and all related Band/Fan/Venue services are a mess right now.

Ticket processing fees charged by the big guys like Ticketmaster and Eventbrite are making everyone unhappy. Fans. Venues. Bands.

So, we are building something new. A social experience wrapped around a No Fee ticketing platform.

Launch anticipated for October. Codename: W

In advance, we hope you will simply follow the Studio Five Thirty Eight page to track our progress and perhaps even share with Bands, Venues and Fans who would love a No Processing Fee experience.

If this works, even in a modest way, it will really help us keep the Club going.

It's just such a wonderful way to spend the day, at the club championship. Congratulations to all the winners and everyone who came to play.

It takes a little courage to throw your hat in the ring; we appreciate those who do, and by so doing, entertain the field with their prowess and antics, not necessarily in equal measure.
