What is Cardio Drumming? It brings together drumsticks, an exercise ball, and an 17-18 gallon rope b What equipment do i need?
The only equipment needed are a pair of drumsticks, a 65-75cm yoga ball and a 17- 18 gallon bucket. We also do 2-3 songs with hand weights - bring whatever is comfortable for you. The large, flexible ball fits on top of the bucket and is ready for pounding. Cardio-drumming is proven to have therapeutic benefits. Website - www.kinergy.center/savagestix
