Dead End Tackle is a Michigan company producing the best jigs and tackle you will find. Our Detroiter jig is one of the few truly custom designed jigs offered to the anglers fishing our rivers. The Detroiter was custom designed to work perfectly in the currents our rivers produce. At DET the entire process is done in house, from pouring our jigs/baits to painting them. Try us out and you will agree, DET produces the highest quality jigs on the rivers.

The last of the 2026 stock has been added to the website for salmon jigs. There are some alewife left so get them while you can. we will be turning the focus to walleye jigs for the fall and the spring starting immediately. Would like to thank everyone who made this salmon jigging season our best ever, and although I know many jigs were sold out from time to time, this should be the last season we have this issue as things will be changing dramatically in early 2027 (more details to come soon). FishUSA is also getting a fresh stock of our jigging spoons this week if you need some that we might not have in stock on the DET site. People have had tremendous success on our spoons this season and we promise to have them more readily available for the 2027 season. Thank you all for supporting our local Michigan based company.
