I just redesigned the CR Fitness website using my IT skills - and now I know why I left my IT career.
After training clients for 20+ years, it now better reflects what I do and who I work with — one-on-one private personal training for adults over 40 here in Wyckoff who want to train directly with me.

It’s always challenging to get on the scale and see a number you don’t like. Remember, it’s our self judgment that creates the stress. So be kind to yourself if you choose to get on the scale. If you’re consistent and make small changes to your habits, over time you can see progress.

For example, if you want to make eating healthier more convenient, make sure you have enough fruits and vegetables available. If you want to eat less sugar, bread, etc., make it inconvenient by keeping less in the house or keeping it out of sight. Hide the ice cream behind the frozen vegetables, so it doesn’t trigger you every time you open the freezer.

Exercise doesn’t have to be grueling and nutrition doesn’t have to deprive you. And yes, you can get great results!
