My hunting buddy got it done this morning. A nice buck on the ground to start the weekend.

Finally got away from work for half a minute. Looking to put some venison in the freezer this weekend. Good luck to everyone!

We didn't see too many deer out and about during a quick run to adjust cameras. But we sure have a good turkey crop this season.

Took a quick turnaround trip out to the lease this past weekend. Worked on cameras, and threw out some protein blocks. Surprisingly, we had a storm pass through on Saturday that killed most of the work day, but we rallied in the afternoon and got stuff done.

I will try to put up a couple of photos of the bucks we saw later this week.

My dad got it done this morning.

Preparing for the "soul cleansing" season...

Had lots to do this weekend to start getting ready for this fall. We placed a new stand on an area that hasn't been hunted recently. We moved a stand, filled some feeders, and fix one that was not working. Two of us went through a 30 bottle case of water, a dozen gatorades, and 8 bottles of body armor in two days.

We'll be back again the weekend of opening dove season to finish up. Stalk silent and shoot straight y'all...
