Learn to Protect Yourself 💪

Join us at AFC for a 90-minute self-defense workshop designed to give you practical tools to stay safe.

Taught by Lanakila Martial Arts, this hands-on class covers strategies to avoid dangerous situations (like running with earbuds, parking in dark areas, or traveling alone) but also teaches you how to fight back if you need to. You'll learn:

✅ How to throw a proper punch and kick
✅ How to use elbows and knees effectively
✅ The most vulnerable areas to target so you can get away safely

This class is for everyone! No experience required. Come gain confidence, awareness, and skills that could make all the difference.

Join Coach Jaime at 8:00 AM for our holiday class — a great way to kick off the holiday with a workout. 💪
