We’re incredibly proud that almost our entire Align instructor team showed up to learn, with some even traveling from another city to be here. 👏🏼

Continuing education matters. A lot.

Our instructors are committed to continually expanding their knowledge so we can better support our members through all stages of life and pregnancy is no exception.

Because being pregnant doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means your body is changing, adapting, and doing something pretty incredible. And you deserve movement that makes you feel safe, supported, and confident in that process.
