Yorba Yoga & Fitness owned by Tracy Sharp specializes in private yoga and personal training. Sessions are catered to the needs of the clients from weight loss to better health or simply staying in shape. A yoga session includes a tough cardiovascular workout as well as strength building yoga poses that lengthen and strengthen muscles without adding unnecessary bulk. Focus is on each individual from the beginner to the advanced yogi, making sure to always include modifications for those just beginning and for pre-natal and postpartum women. I have been practicing yoga for 14 years and teaching for 7 years. Teaching is my passion and I love to introduce new people to this form of exercise. On the personal training side, each workout is structured around the needs of the client. The sessions include a combination of strength training, cardio, plyometrics and stretching. Incorporated are the TRX system, Bosu, Ball, Bands and other small equipment. I love motivating my clients and seeing their excitement when they reach their goals! I have been working out my whole life, an athlete from the beginning. Training is a passion for me and I love motivating people and pushing them to reach their goals. I'm also a Beach Body Coach, I love motivating and helping people get in the best shape they can be in thru exercise and eating clean.

Feed them REAL Food ..100 to 64 pounds

Our lab needed to lose weight even after getting daily walks and 1/3 cup kibble as vet prescribed twice a day he couldn’t lose weight so I decided to take it into my own hands. Researched and started making his dog food. He lost the weight and has tons of energy literally like a puppy again. He will be 9 at the end of the month.

Ingredients
Rice
Chicken
Sweet potatoes
Greek yogurt
Tumeric
Broccoli stems and florets carrots and bell pepper

Portion

Card size chicken
Cup of rice
Cup of veges
Large spoon of yogurt
Sprinkle of tumeric
Quarter sweet potato

To get results do I just finish my sets or work to fatigue? If you have anything left in you after set always work to fatigue to get those results

Hot Honey Bowl
Ingredient’s
2lbs ground meat
2 large sweet potatoes
Avocado
TJ’s organic cottage cheese
Rice
Hot Honey

Cook ground meat with taco seasoning

Dice up sweet potato mix with evoo, cinnamon, salt pepper roast for 30 at 375

At base of bowl place rice, sweet potatoes, ground meat, cottage cheese and avocado. Drizzle hot honey on top

Protein Balls

Ingredients

Oatmeal 2 cups
Chia seeds or flax seeds (TJ’s organic oatmeal has them both in their oatmeal)
Mini chocolate chips -1-1.5 cups
Almond Butter or Peanut Butter 1-1.5 cups
Organic Honey- 2 tablespoons
Coconut- large pinch or 2 tablespoons
Protein Powder one scoop

Mix all together… add more PB or AB if too dry… add more oats if too dry

Put in fridge to firm up then roll into balls, store in fridge
